By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Binoculars Super Zoom Camera mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the App developer. Your use of the App signifies your acceptance of these Terms and your agreement to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Description of Service

Binoculars Super Zoom Camera is a mobile application available on the iOS App Store that provides:

• Camera zoom functionality with enhanced magnification capabilities
• Photo capture and saving to device library
• Multiple binocular frames and themes
• Social media sharing features
• Premium subscription-based features
• Advertisement integration through AdMob

The App requires certain device permissions including camera access, photo library access, and tracking permissions for advertising purposes.

User Accounts and Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

License Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices

Subscription Terms and Billing

The App offers premium features through subscription purchases managed by the Apple App Store.

Subscription Details

• Subscriptions are billed through your iTunes account
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off in iTunes Account Settings

Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

You acknowledge that:

• The App contains proprietary and confidential information
• You have no rights to the App except as expressly granted in these Terms
• All rights not expressly granted are reserved
• Any unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you create using the App.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use any content you create
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws

Disclaimers of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of the App will meet your expectations
• Any defects will be corrected
• The App will be compatible with your device

Your use of the App is at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to the App.

Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that:

• We are not liable for any content you create or share
• We are not responsible for third-party actions or content

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you create, upload, or share through the App
• Any misuse of the App's camera or photo features

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the App.

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
